AI Powered Voicebot to Add Convenience at Banking Sector

Keya, India’s one of the first artificial intelligence (AI) powered voicebot has been recently flagged off and integrated in Kotak Mahindra Bank’s phone banking helpline in order to enable customers resolve their issues through a single interaction.

Developed on a library of millions of phone banking conservations over the last three years, Keya understands both Hindi and English and uses automatic speech recognition, natural language understanding and text-to-speech technology according to a recent report by the Times of India.
