ALC offers imported bionic limbs to injured soldiers

In order to provide better support and flexibility to soldiers who have lost their legs on battlefields, the Indian Army’s Artificial Limb Centre (ALC) has begun offering bionic limbs to the injured soldiers. Not yet made in India, ALC is importing these bionic limbs from multinational companies catering to injured soldiers in western countries, reported the Times of India.
