Delhi’s Airport Doubles Speed of Tray Scanning

Terminal 3 (T3) of Delhi Airport now boasts of an automated tray return system (ATRS). This innovative system promises to reduce waiting time of commuters by half! It does so by separating suspicious baggage automatically, and can clear 350 trays per hour, against 180 trays in the current system.

Further good news: the ATRS will also be installed in other terminals of Delhi’s IGI airport, soon.
